Do we take Insurance?
Southern Psychiatric Professionals does not contract with any insurance companies at this time. However, if your insurance policy provides out-of-network benefits we can provide a superbill which clients may file their own claims for reimbursement. Southern Psychiatric Professionals cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for any charges but we have many patients able to have some to all their costs reimbursed.
Southern Psychiatric Professionals does not serve Medicaid (WellCare, Peachcare, Amerigroup) at this time.

Do I have "out-of-network" benefits and if so, how much is reimbursed?
Are there any deductibles that must be met before my benefits are active?
Is a referral or prior authorization required and are there limits on the number of therapy visits in a given time period?
How do I submit claims for reimbursement? (typically this is done online or by mail after the provider gives the patient a receipt that includes all relevant diagnostic and service codes).
What forms of payments do we accept?
Southern Psychiatric Professionals accepts all major credit cards and cash payments. Patients may also use HSA/FSA (Health Savings Account) cards for payment if applicable. Payment of fees are due at the time of service and vary depend on time and modality.
